You can book via our online enquiry form or by messaging the artist directly on Instagram. If you’re unsure who to choose, send a couple of references and we’ll point you to the best fit.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and comes off the final price. With at least 3 days’ notice, we can usually move your booking and roll the deposit to a new date.

Yes, of course. To discuss your ideas you can arrange a time to pop into the studio for an in-person consultation, or we can do it via video call.

Pain levels vary depending on placement and personal tolerance – but it’s manageable.

Yes – only if the scar is fully healed (usually around 2 to 3 years).

- Drink plenty of water so the skin is hydrated.
- If the area is dry, moisturise for a week beforehand using a natural moisturiser (such as Palmer’s Cocoa Butter).
- Eat a hearty breakfast on the day.
- Bring snacks/food for longer sessions.

At the artist’s discretion and usually for smaller sessions (not big detailed ongoing pieces). TKTX is commonly recommended and should only be bought directly from the official website. Be wary of fake products on marketplaces.
